This project was built for a visionary company that wanted to give every small and medium business their own "AI Receptionist." They wanted a platform where a restaurant, clinic, or store could easily rent a smart voice assistant to answer their phones 24 hours a day. Their goal was to create a simple, affordable system that any business owner could use to handle bookings and complaints automatically.

Across the world, businesses were losing a massive amount of money simply because they couldn't answer the phone fast enough. When a customer calls to make a booking and is put on hold, they hang up and call a competitor instead. Hiring human staff for a 24/7 call center was way too expensive for most normal businesses, and training them took months. Plus, managing different phone lines for different store branches was a confusing, stressful mess for the owners.

We built a "Smart Phone System" that allows any business to easily hire an AI receptionist in just a few clicks. We gave the business boss a simple "Command Center" screen to see all their store branches at once and choose exactly how the AI should talk to their customers.
