Zero No-Shows, Automated Payments, and a 100% Full Teaching Schedule.

This project was built for a talented independent Spanish tutor who was overwhelmed by the "business side" of teaching. They had plenty of students but were losing hours every week managing calendars, sending Zoom links, and asking people to pay their bills. Their goal was to look like a professional language school while remaining a one-person powerhouse.

The store was losing thousands of dollars every month because products were expiring on the shelves before anyone noticed. Long, slow checkout lines were making customers angry, causing them to leave their carts and shop somewhere else. Managing supplier orders and tracking daily profits by hand was a stressful nightmare that took the owner hours every single night. Without a clear picture of what was selling, cash was constantly trapped in "dead stock" that nobody wanted to buy.The tutor was stuck in a "Scheduling Trap." Every new lesson required five or six back-and-forth emails just to find a time that worked. Students would often forget their lessons or cancel at the last minute, leaving the tutor with empty time slots and zero pay. Managing payments via random apps was a mess, and the tutor often forgot who had paid for which lesson, leading to awkward conversations and lost revenue.

We built a "Hands-Free Tutoring Dashboard" that acts as a 24/7 personal assistant. We replaced messy invoices with a Subscription Credit System- students pay upfront for a month of lessons, and the system gives them "credits" to book whenever they want. We integrated Live Calendar Syncing and Auto-Zoom Links, so the tutor just has to show up and teach. To protect the tutor's time, we added a "Smart 48-Hour Shield" that automatically takes a credit if a student cancels too late.
